🌿 Return & Refund Policy – Resin & Root Jewellery

We hope you absolutely adore your new jewellery – each piece is handcrafted with love, care, and a touch of magic. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

💌 Returns

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item

You must return the item within 30 days

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders

Gift cards

Items marked “final sale”

Please use the chat at https://resinroot.com/ before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

🔄 Exchanges

We’re happy to offer an exchange if your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery and send us a photo.

📦 Return Shipping

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless your item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully check every order before it leaves our studio, but if something goes wrong:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We’ll do our best to fix it ASAP (either by replacement or refund)

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original buyer.

❤️ Custom Orders

Because custom and made-to-order items are created just for you, we do not accept returns or cancellations for these pieces. However, please contact us if there’s a problem — we care deeply about your satisfaction.
